Crosby’s Stores in Bradford, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise teammates, maintain high standards, and contribute to inventory control, merchandising, and promotions while upholding safety and company policies. This role includes shift coverage, scheduling, training, cash handling, and driving store success through customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work 40 hours/week including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train and support store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll reporting.
