Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader. You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience.

You’ll oversee customer service, merchandising, inventory, and safety compliance while coaching staff and supporting payroll and reporting. Growth opportunities are available with a strong, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per Crosby’s standards.
• Promote and assist customers with My Crosby’s Rewards enrollment.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels.
• Support accurate cash handling and daily deposits; review timekeeping and payroll.
