• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive profitability through effective engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connections.
• In the Store Manager's absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of store team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Manage expenses, shrink, and store profitability in partnership with the Store Manager.
