Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers at our Lincoln, NE location. You will collaborate with management to staff peak hours, mentor team members, and participate in the hiring process to ensure qualified personnel join the team.

The role requires certifications in sales and parts, with ASE certification valued, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours (lunch, late afternoon, evenings, weekends).
• Assist in setting team member goals, coaching, and ensuring training is current.
• Participate in the hiring process by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all phone calls are answered per company policy.
• Handle all buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Oversee outside purchases and POs to ensure efficient handling per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately with proper refunds.
