Goodwill Southeast Georgia seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Hinesville, GA. You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining an organized store and delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

The role requires leadership to oversee sales, inventory, cash handling, and staff performance. You will manage schedules, training, and reporting while upholding store policies and programs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Customer-focused with a proven ability to drive sales.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service per policies.
• Open and close the store at scheduled times and perform mid-shift duties.
• Help achieve budgeted sales goals through daily budget sheets, pricing and customer service.
• Build and maintain a motivated, well-trained sales team and communicate promotions.
• Complete weekly/daily sales reports, manage inventory, and schedule staff.
