You’ll lead the team on the sales floor, greet customers, and promote baby essentials and our seasonal lines. You’ll foster an inclusive, high-energy environment, coach teammates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store standards, and partner with the Store Manager to plan merchandising, scheduling, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features.
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment for staff and shoppers.
• Coach others to meet service standards and omnichannel expectations.
• Analyze business performance and drive KPI improvements with the team.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development.
