Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on team development, scheduling, and adherence to policies while maintaining a high-energy, inclusive environment.

As a cap expert and store leader, you will manage staffing, training, and daily execution of merchandising, POS, and inventory tasks to meet KPIs and ensure a premium customer experience across our locations.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives and store success.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
