Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead sales and staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage daily store operations. You will drive the selling strategy, supervise employees, and uphold store standards while handling cash and inventory controls.

Ideal candidates will be able to train team members, work autonomously, and maintain a friendly, inclusive store environment that reflects the Lids brand.

• Ability to work unsupervised and manage store operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff during shifts and address scheduling issues.
• Drive selling strategies to meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee cash handling, till openings/closings, and loss prevention practices.
• Manage in-store training, onboarding, and compliance with brand standards.
• Support merchandising, VM, and inventory processes to ensure store readiness.
