Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Manage expenses, shrink, and profitability with Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing retail environment.
• Support inventory management through accurate shipping, receiving, and stockroom practices.
