Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational skills include coaching and developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks as part of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent and provide ongoing training.
