Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

You will have autonomy to shape the store's success, participate in local marketing, and support DE&I initiatives while ensuring health, safety, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with proven sales targets.
• Strong leadership, clear communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for service.
• Analytical: analyze sales data and budgets.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient in retail management software and basic computer apps.
• Minimum availability: open hours, 5 days/wk, 44 hours peak, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide feedback.
