The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, local marketing, and efficient operations while controlling expenses and analyzing performance data to fuel growth. Collaboration with store leadership and Community engagement are key.
