Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly to supervise staff and interact with customers.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
