Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, drive sales, and ensure a great customer experience on the floor.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage daily store operations, open/close, cash handling, and floor coverage while modeling excellent service and teamwork. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, engage, and develop a diverse team.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership.
• Coach staff to deliver great service, product knowledge, and store goals.
