Famous Footwear in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads in the absence of the Store Manager, drives customer engagement, and motivates a team to hit sales targets. This role demands strong people leadership and a passion for shoe fashion, with an emphasis on training and coaching the sales team.

You will oversee store operations, pricing, inventory, and presentation to maintain the Famous Footwear standard.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate with store associates.
• Strong understanding of general retail practices and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire associates with integrity and drive to foster customer relationships and operational excellence.
• Network with external talent and collaborate with Store Manager on hiring.
• Manage pricing, shipping, inventory, and daily store operations to keep standards.
• Use insights to drive sales and improve location performance.
• Build a positive, inclusive culture and mentor the team.
• Act as Store Manager’s right hand when the Manager is away, ensuring policy compliance.
