Famous Footwear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence and drive a best-in-class customer experience for families. You’ll coach and develop a team, influence sales performance, and uphold brand standards across presenting floors, product knowledge, and loss prevention.

A passion for shoes helps you motivate staff and engage customers daily. You will champion a customer-centric culture, manage staffing and operations, and use data to improve results
