Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team and motivating others to meet goals.
• Ability to mentor and train associates in selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
