Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably retail.
• Ability to interview, hire and train staff.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the absence of the Store Manager and model company standards.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and achieving targets.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, pricing, inventory and store standards.
