Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our St Peter store. You will assist with daily store tasks, supervise associates, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include merchandise flow, opening/closing procedures, loss prevention, and executing company directives while delivering friendly service and training to staff. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent movement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
• Process merchandise, scheduling, and basic payroll tasks.
