You will organize inventory, assist with merchandising, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling while ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience managing a retail or grocery store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain store communications.
• Keep displays and fixtures promotional and effective.
• Assist in ordering, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized, protecting assets.
• Enforce policies, safety guidelines, and train/develop associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment; handle other duties as assigned.
