Responsibilities include coaching team members, participating in hiring, ensuring proper staffing during peak hours, processing orders, and maintaining merchandising and store integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training.
• Must have Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification required or preferred.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service and program execution.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and shifts.
• Assist in goal setting, coaching, and training updates.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and selection.
• Answer phones per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC orders.
• Handle outside purchases and special orders efficiently.
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Invoicing accuracy for merchandise leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Enforce schedule adherence and time clock policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain store building, lot, and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
