Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, interviewing, and training.
• Handle recruiting tasks and participate in interviews to hire qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and DC add orders.
