Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dublin, OH to lead daily store operations, coach a team of associates, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will drive sales, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a key leader, you’ll train staff on policies, monitor performance, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while controlling losses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Experience in retail management a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead the team through training and performance feedback.
• Ensure store standards and customer service across shifts.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and recruitment support.
• Maintain cash handling and POS procedures.
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store following SOP.
