Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Fort Myers location. You will support store operations, payroll, inventory, and merchandising while driving sales and a service-focused culture.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory retail role, with 1–3 years of prior management experience, and familiarity with POS and inventory software. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and achieve key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team; develop sales skills.
• Support payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink control.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol sales and safe operations.
