Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, drive exceptional customer experiences, and support Store Manager in all operations. You will supervise daily activities, develop the team, and ensure brand standards are met across merchandising, processes and omni-channel fulfillment.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling flexibility, and maintaining strong communication with peers and leadership to achieve KPIs and financial targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales/KPIs in-store, including omni-channel considerations.
• 30% People: Hire, train and develop teams; coach and counsel; maintain positive associate relations and communication.
• 30% Operations: Ensure execution of company processes and digital strategies (Omni-channel fulfillment).
• Store inventory management and payroll/scheduling; ensure opening/closing procedures and compliance with directives.
