O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations in Carlsbad, NM. This role will lead the team in servicing customers and managing shifts when the Manager is absent.

Qualifications

• Requires Sales Specialist Training and leadership certification.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom and ensure staff adherence to service programs.
• Coordinate staffing during peak hours and assist in setting team goals and coaching.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure accurate processing of all orders, returns, and transfers per policy.
• Oversee daily store opening/closing duties and security procedures.
