This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and on opposing shifts, and will lead the team to serve both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service programs and staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, interviewing and coaching of team members.
• Ensure phones are answered per company policy and orders/transfers processed promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, deposits, security, and store maintenance.
• Ensure returns, invoicing and stock processes are accurate and efficient.
• Coordinate with management to achieve sales and service goals.
