Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff adherence to programs.
• Assist store manager to staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and shifts.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure all store operations, including returns, invoicing, and transfers, are processed efficiently and accurately.
