O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pendleton, IN. This role supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and daily operations, stepping in during absences or opposing shifts.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading store team, staffing optimization during peak hours, coaching, recruiting, and ensuring all store processes run smoothly, including returns, transfers, and deposits.

Qualificações

• Sales Specialist Training and relevant managerial certifications are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
• Demonstrated knowledge of parts and automotive retail processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Assist Store Manager in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and transfers are processed accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, schedules, and security procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties including end-of-day procedures and deposits.
