Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Florida location to drive sales, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with store leadership to recruit, coach, and optimize performance, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising standards while upholding company policies and loss prevention.

Experience in retail and prior management experience are required to lead a motivated team and contribute to a strong store culture.

Formación

• Retail experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated prior management experience leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with store leadership to drive a successful culture of sales and performance.
• Support a team selling environment and coaching of associates.
• Participate in all areas of store recruitment and onboarding.
• Teach, coach and train all store associates within an established timeframe.
• Assist in setting reachable, yet high goals and ensure staffing levels align with store goals.
• Oversee employee relations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Contribute to P&L analysis and store financial oversight.
• Lead change initiatives and champion company programs.
• Ensure proper merchandising per company directives.
• Maintain safety and security for staff and customers.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
