Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a retail environment. You will partner with store leadership to drive a culture of sales and performance, while supporting a team selling environment and recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities include coaching and training store associates, setting attainable goals, and ensuring staffing, merchandising, and safety standards are met. Prior management experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

• Teach, coach and train all store associates within an established timeframe.

• Responsible for employee relations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in P&L analysis and store performance reviews.
• Lead change initiatives and ensure merchandising per company directives.
• Ensure store safety and security for associates and customers.
