Job summary

Foot Locker in Colorado Springs is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running strong; day in and day out.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, customer focus, and a flexible schedule. You’ll leverage retail tools to enhance the customer experience and support store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support floor leadership and drive store sales goals.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
• Provide Manager on Duty when scheduled and help with hiring and training.
