Famous Footwear in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will inspire the team, coach colleagues, and ensure outstanding customer service and flawless store execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with store associates.
• Ability to train and develop associates for selling and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspire associates to deliver exceptional customer connections and flawless store execution.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on talent discovery and hiring.
• Manage daily retail operations including pricing, shipping, inventory and store standards.
• Drive sales by applying insights to improve results and performance.
• Foster an inclusive culture and lead by example when the Store Manager is away.
