Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in South Carolina seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts.

• Sales Specialist Training and manager certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service programs and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Coach and mentor staff, monitor training, and set team goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processing of returns and transactions.
