Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive operational improvements.
• Proficiency with retail technology, POS systems, and inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and a 50-hour workweek.
• Must meet federal requirements to qualify for an FFL, when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the Store Manager to drive sales, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support scheduling, labor planning, inventory accuracy, cash handling, shrink reduction, and loss prevention.
