Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and customer service.

• Coach and develop associates, conduct evaluations, and support succession planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer engagement.
