Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, inventory, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations with Store Manager, drive sales and inventory management.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support scheduling, labor planning, inventory accuracy, cash handling, shrink reduction, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop associates; lead a high-performing team.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative environment and succession planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support promotions and loyalty initiatives.
• Promote workplace safety and OSHA compliance; assist with audits and asset protection.
