Job summary

Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
- Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor.
- Assist store manager with staffing during peak hours.
- Participate in hiring, training, and coaching.
