Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall quality and performance of the store staff.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, selection and training of store personnel.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for all store employees.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting strategies.
• Monitor shrink and loss prevention efforts to meet company targets.
• Ensure safety and business standards are met across operations.
• Support customer service standards to provide outstanding service.
• Oversee merchandise inventory counts and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
