Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to travel within the district to support multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Lead, train and develop store team to meet training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding of store personnel.
• Support performance evaluations and feedback for employees.
• Assist with expense management and inventory control to meet the budget.
• Monitor shrink and loss prevention to keep store results above plan.
• Maintain customer service standards and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and merchandising execution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
