Famous Footwear in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads the team in the store’s absence. You will champion customer connections, coaching, and daily operations to deliver a premier shoe buying experience for families.

As a people leader, you’ll hire, train, and retain great associates, manage stock and presentation, and uphold company standards while embodying the Famous Feeling across our brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with a store team.
• Strong problem solving and numerical skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Inspire associates to deliver exceptional customer connections through coaching.
• Oversee store operations including pricing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Partner with Store Manager to interview, hire, and onboard new talent.
• Drive sales and location performance using insights and analytics.
• Build a positive, inclusive culture and lead by example.
