The role emphasizes staff development, process adherence, and safe, compliant store operations. The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication, and scheduling availability to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and plan associates’ daily goals to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit and coach as needed.
• 30% Operations: ensure processes, inventory, and payroll alignment, omnichannel fulfillment.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain shop safety and asset protection.
