Boot Barn in Erie, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a store team, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. The role covers merchandising, operations, and collaboration with district leadership to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition; lead on sales floor during peak hours.
• Implement and maintain an environment of continuous learning and assist with partner training plans to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust store schedule; participate in interviewing and hiring.
• Assist in planning and executing volume driving events involving the local community.
