Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Associate Store Manager for our Kentucky Burlington location. The ASM will support the Store Manager, lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top-notch guest service during all shifts. The role requires enforcing policies on alcohol and tobacco sales and maintaining store conditions.

The ASM oversees DipSide items, POS and gas sales, and cash handling, while driving a safe, friendly shopping experience consistent with UDF standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to lead and train store associates and coach performance.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach store associates in all store processes.
• Manage store administration including ordering and weekly reports.
• Ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain store conditions.
• Oversee DipSide preparation and ensure accurate cash handling.
