Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Associate Store Manager (ASM) in Kentucky to support store leadership and operate in the absence of the Store Manager. The ASM will ensure a high-quality guest experience through the Hi Five framework, manage daily store operations, and coach team members to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, cash handling, POS operations, and maintaining store conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.

• Manage, train and coach associates across store operations.
• Perform store administration duties as directed by management.
• Ensure The Hi Five Guest Experience and excellent store conditions.
• Oversee DipSide items preparation and coaching.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Maintain stock, displays, and proper stock rotation.
• Assist in security, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Lead recruitment and conduct interviews.
