Responsibilities

• Coach Guest Service behaviors and ensure friendly guest greetings.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling, and a positive work environment.
• Help achieve promotions, sales goals, and stock/appearance standards.
• Maintain clean and stocked coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms.
• Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock to ensure 100% in-stock.
• Possibly perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting supervisor.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
