Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a motivated team and deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards and aligning with company priorities.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to hire, coach, and schedule staff, manage daily operations, ensure food safety, handle cash, and support local marketing efforts in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
