O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Massachusetts to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. You will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and help ensure top service to both retail and professional customers.

Ideal candidates bring Sales Specialist Training and Manager certifications. Spanish language ability is highly desired, and compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based premiums.

• Must have Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and coach team members toward goals.
• Assist in hiring, recruiting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed promptly and customers are notified.
