Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager in Kirkland, WA to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team, execute store strategy, and deliver best-in-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1-3 years)
• Strong communication with customers and team
• Able to coach and lead a high performing team
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around store areas

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and customer-centric service.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel for a frictionless customer experience.
