Job summary

Athleta is hiring an Assistant Manager in Milwaukee to lead store operations and drive profitable sales. You’ll develop a high-performing team, oversee product operations, merchandising, and customer engagement while partnering with leadership to execute the store strategy.

You will coach Leaders and Brand Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure a best-in-class experience for customers, all while meeting performance goals and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach store teams.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Comfort with retail tech and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
